The Duplo DC 616 PRO has been been discontinued and replaced with the new DC-618.

The fully automated DC-618 Slitter, Cutter, Creaser is an all-in-one finishing solution designed for today’s digital printer. With the ability to process up to 6 slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases in one pass, the DC-618 delivers full-bleed applications up to 23 sheets per minute without the white borders and toner cracking for a clean finish.

Easy To Use - Using the Windows PC user interface, even the most inexperienced operators can program jobs with ease, make quick adjustments and save an unlimited number of jobs onto the hard drive for instant changeover. Jobs can be reviewed and edited even while the DC-618 is running, further reducing operator set up time and increasing efficiency. Alternatively, operators can use the colour LCD control panel for set up and use it to save up to 250 jobs onto the built-in memory.

The built in CCD scanner, a staple in Duplo’s range of Slitter/Cutter/Creasers can be used to recall any job stored in the memory simply be reading the printed barcode and perform changeovers automatically.

Offering fully automatic setup and quick changeovers, the DC-618 can finish a wide array of full-bleed digital applications including greeting cards, invitations, brochures, book covers, photos, and business cards normally only possible by using multiple, separate finishing devices.

Producing business cards using a guillotine can be time consuming and, because of the number of cuts and handling, there is always a risk of something going wrong.
