MC35
Collections: Creasers, G0, Magnum - Cut, Crease, Perforate, Fold, Perforating Machines
Sniper technology, no need to input measurements for crease position, simply put a pen mark or printed mark where you want the crease and the Magnum does a test sheet setup for you.
Up to 2400 sheets per hour can be stream-fed by hand, simply advance the sheet from the feeder tray to the input rollers and the MC-35 takes over.
If you require suction feed then view the Magnum MC-35A.
The Magnum MC-35 is a bench top machine with the option of a mobile floor stand (£440+VAT).
Ideal for creasing or perforating both litho or digital print.
Progressive Crease Function - Used for lay-flat books or staple and folded booklets for a square back look. Both are especially usefull for thicker paper or card.
If all the sheets are creased at the same position the bound book will not lay flat. With three kinds of crease mode even thick paper can be turned over easily and lay flat using the progressive crease technology.
Inc & Dec Progressive Crease
V-Shape Progressive Crease
The first page will crease one line as a reference and all the following sheets will be creased twice, successively to the reference line creating a squareback booklet without the need for a squareback machine, stapling to finish if required
