    The IDEAL AL1 is an elegant aluminium cased desk-side shredder that offers level 4 security through cross cutting paper to small particles. A choice of coloured fronts allows a customer to choose the style that fits best with his office. A 240mm feed is convenient for most documents while IDEALâs Safety Protection System prevents accidents while a photo cell is used to activate and stop the motor when paper is being fed.

    This is an elegant solution to the problem of shredding documents at the point of use. The cross cut action of the IDEAL AL1 results in highly secure shredding thanks to the small size of the particles it delivers to the 25 litre bin.
    The IDEAL Easy Switch system only activates the motor when paper is present. It also stops the cutting action when paper jams or when the door is opened. A transparent safety flap keeps the feed closed to unwanted material and objects, including fingers and clothing. Energy saving mode is automatic after 1 hour without use.
