Matrix MX-370MP (Metallic Foiler)

The new Matrix metallic has been designed specifically for applying digital gold and silver foil effects easily and economically to a wide range of coated paper stocks.

It features pneumatic rollers with thermostatic temperature control, the heavy, even pressure can apply coupled with precise heat ensures repeatable results and minimum wastage. The pneumatic pressure rollers allow you to laminate certain stocks up to 50% quicker, saving both time and cost.

The Matrix Metallic is easy to operate and has been fully optimised to work better with non-smooth papers, widening the choice of creative papers that can be used with digital foiling.

This is a modular system that is fully compatable with the retrofitable Matrix Omniflow deep pile feeder. The feeder allows 700 sheets of paper to be stacked to feed automatically into the Matrix speeding up production time. (See images below of the Matrixc MX-370MP with the Omniflow).
