The Kas 3000 is a popular booklet maker for printers, copy shops, schools and colleges.

The Kasfold automatic booklet maker is an easy machine to operate. The booklet making cycle starts once a set of up to 25 sheets and a card cover is fed into the booklet maker. The booklet making cycle is totally automated leaving the operators hands free to prepare the next set.

An online TR2 fore-edge trimmer can be added if needed in the future.

• Auto cycle, just drop the booklet in.
• A5-SRA3 Sheet size
• Up to 1500 booklets per hour
• Up to 25 sheets 80 gsm
• Will produce booklets up to 100 pages of 80 gsm paper
• Delivery stacker that can fold away when not in use
• Counter as standard
• Mobile unit on wheels
• Can be linked with collators with optional interface kit.

Booklets are very cheap to produce as the only being the cost is the two staples per booklet.
